1. Introduction

Welcome to Jet1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the rules and conditions that apply to your access to and use of Jet1’s website, services, and related products (collectively, the "Services"). By subscribing, paying for, or otherwise using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Jet1 provides DevOps and infrastructure management services ("DevOps as a Service") to client companies, including cloud provisioning, deployment pipelines, monitoring, incident management, backups, and related operational tasks. All of our offerings are paid subscription services billed as described in Section 5.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into contracts under Lebanese law to use the Services. By subscribing you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind the entity or organization that will be Jet1’s customer.

4. Accounts & Credentials

To access some Services, such as custom dashboards, monitoring panels, or API-based tools, you may be given account credentials (username, password, API keys, etc.). You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Jet1 immediately at contact@jetonecloud.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Fees, Billing & Payment

  • Paid-only service: Jet1 does not offer free plans. All access to the Services requires a paid subscription or a contract.
  • Billing cycle: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • Payment method: You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize Jet1 (or our payment processor) to charge applicable fees.
  • Taxes: Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by governmental authorities.

6. Cancellations & Termination

  • Customer cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the Refund Policy. Cancellation does not automatically delete customer data unless specified in writing.
  • Termination by Jet1: Jet1 may suspend or terminate Services where a customer breaches these Terms, engages in illicit or abusive behavior, or fails to pay amounts due. We will provide notice where practicable, except where immediate action is required.

7. No User-Generated Content or Uploads

Jet1’s platform and public website do not accept user-generated content or file uploads from customers. If any future features allow uploads, separate terms and security requirements will apply.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information necessary for onboarding, billing, and service delivery.
  • Maintain ownership or the right to use any software, accounts, or infrastructure you ask Jet1 to manage.
  • Comply with applicable laws and third-party terms (cloud providers, SaaS tools, etc.).

9. Access to Customer Infrastructure

To provide the Services, Jet1 may need access to customer infrastructure, accounts, or credentials (e.g., cloud provider console, repository access, SSH keys). You will provide only the minimal necessary access and may revoke access subject to the terms of termination and agreed handoff procedures.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will treat the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and will not disclose it except as required by law or with the other party’s consent.

11. Intellectual Property

  • Jet1 retains all rights, title, and interest in our software, tools, templates, and methodology.
  • You retain ownership of your data and any proprietary code or assets you supply to Jet1.

12. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Jet1 provides Services with commercially reasonable skill and care.
  • EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND JET1 DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JET1 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. JET1’s AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO JET1 IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jet1 harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Changes to the Terms

Jet1 may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via our website. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
