1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and fees charged by Jet1 for our DevOps and infrastructure management Services. It governs cancellations, requests for refunds, and the handling of payments.
2. Paid-only Service
Jet1 offers only paid subscription plans or contractual Services. No free trial is provided unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
3. Standard Refund Practices
- Monthly subscriptions: If you cancel a monthly subscription, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Jet1 will not typically provide refunds for partial months already paid, except as described below or if required by applicable law.
- First-time exceptions (courtesy window): For customers who cancel within the first 14 days of their initial subscription and where Jet1 has not yet performed significant onboarding or billable work, Jet1 may, at its discretion, offer a full refund of the initial month’s subscription fee. This is a courtesy and not an entitlement.
- Setup or onboarding fees: Fees charged for one-time setup, onboarding, or professional services are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
4. Prorated Refunds
Where Jet1 agrees to a refund for an active subscription, prorated refunds for unused future periods may be provided at Jet1’s discretion and subject to any minimum billing commitments stated in the order or agreement.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support at contact@jetonecloud.com with your account details and reason for the request. Jet1 will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting Jet1, Jet1 may suspend Services pending resolution. You agree to inform Jet1 promptly of any payment disputes and to cooperate in resolving them.
7. Exceptions & Special Agreements
Specific customers may have custom terms (e.g., enterprise contracts) that supersede this Refund Policy. Payment terms and refund rights in those agreements control.
8. Changes to this Policy
Jet1 may modify this Refund Policy. Changes will be effective when posted on our website and identified by the effective date at the top of the policy.
