1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and fees charged by Jet1 for our DevOps and infrastructure management Services. It governs cancellations, billing, and payment disputes. Except where applicable law requires otherwise or a separate written agreement explicitly provides refund or credit terms for you, Jet1 does not provide refunds or credits.

2. Paid-only Service

Jet1 offers only paid subscription plans or contractual Services. No free trial is provided unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

3. Standard Refund Practices

  • Subscriptions: If you cancel a subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Jet1 does not refund subscription fees for partial periods already paid or for unused time within a billing period, except if required by applicable law.
  • Setup or onboarding fees: Fees charged for one-time setup, onboarding, or professional services are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

4. Prorated Refunds and Unused Time

Jet1 does not provide prorated refunds, credits, or rollovers for unused subscription time under standard plans. Any exception applies only if required by applicable law or if a written agreement that applies to you expressly states otherwise.

5. Billing Questions and Errors

For questions about charges, cancellation, or possible billing errors (for example duplicate charges), contact contact@jetonecloud.com with your account details. Jet1 will respond within a reasonable time. This does not change the rule that fees are not refundable except where applicable law requires or your written agreement with Jet1 explicitly allows it.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting Jet1, Jet1 may suspend Services pending resolution. You agree to inform Jet1 promptly of any payment disputes and to cooperate in resolving them.

7. Exceptions & Special Agreements

Specific customers may have custom terms (e.g., enterprise contracts) that supersede this Refund Policy. Payment terms and refund rights in those agreements control.

8. Changes to this Policy

Jet1 may modify this Refund Policy. Changes will be effective when posted on our website and identified by the effective date at the top of the policy.
