Jet1 is committed to protecting privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our website and Services. As of the Effective Date, Jet1 does not collect personal data through the public website or via automated analytics.

Important note on payments and third-party services: While Jet1 itself does not collect or store customer personal data for general website visitors, the act of subscribing and paying for our Services necessarily involves third-party payment processors and, where applicable, cloud providers or tools. Those third parties collect and process information (e.g., billing name, payment method, contact details) directly and are governed by their own privacy policies. Jet1 has no control over third-party data handling practices; customers should review the privacy policies of the payment processor(s) and cloud providers they use.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not personally collect analytics, tracking data, or cookies. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may automatically process minimal technical information (such as IP address and security logs) for the purpose of delivering and protecting the website. This data is handled according to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and is not used by us for analytics or marketing.

3. What Information May Be Processed (limited and specific cases)

• Payment & billing: If you subscribe to Jet1, payment and billing details are collected and processed by our chosen payment processor(s). Jet1 does not directly store raw payment card data.
• Communications: If you contact us (for example, via email to contact@jetonecloud.com), we will retain the content of the communication and your email address to respond and to keep records related to support.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Jet1’s public landing page is intentionally minimal. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or targeted marketing pixels as a default. If Jet1 adds any analytics or tracking in the future, we will disclose it here.

5. Data Retention

We retain communications and account records only as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
